Auto-Fill Customers: Keep in Touch to Prevent Heating Oil or Propane Gas Run-Outs

Auto-Fill is one of the best features of our iFuel program – a great way to take the worry of managing your heating oil or propane supply and helping you to prevent costly (and risky) propane run-outs.

But because automatic delivery relies on your average usage (along with weather forecasts) to estimate when it’s time for your delivery, it’s critical to let us know when something in your home life changes that might affect how much propane or heating oil you use.

For example, we need to know if:

• Someone moves into or out of your home
• A tenant leaves behind an empty apartment
• A long-term guest arrives or leaves
• You plan to take an extended vacation
• You plan to remodel or add propane appliances
